What Do You Think?
“There is little evidence that the apartment construction surge will do Anything for the middle income people. NYC proper will be a rich ghetto meaning only for the very rich and very subsedized. We desperately need more affordable housing for the $70,000 to $110,000 a year earners. This entire mass of people are still having to migrate far out to the outer boroughs because they (we) don't qualify for this new plan of Bloombergs.HPDC is not pushing hard enough to obtain some of the properties and work with Bloomberg so the middle income people will also have more options with-in NYC.”
